12 week weight loss challenge- week 3 & 4 results

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the delay in posting my results for weeks 3 and 4. Week 3 was a good week for me motivation wise- I worked out super hard and stuck to my diet all week only to find that I had lost 0.2kgs at the end of the week. That was a tough morning for me- I was sure I was going to be in for a fantastic loss on the scale but no… I was moping around and then Dave said “ok let’s do your measurements and see what is really going on…”

That is when I found that I had lost centimetres off of every single area on my body- and as much a 9cm just off  my waist. It goes to show that what the scale says is not the ‘be all and end all’ of weightloss. I am getting smaller and that is my true goal.

Week 4 results show a 0.8kg weightloss which I was very happy with. I can’t believe I am already half way through my fifth week now… this 12 weeks are flying by. That is a big motivator to stick with it since I have  committed to putting up before and after photos… I want to make sure there is a VERY noticible difference :-)

It is easier now to get up and exercise – as a rule anyway. There are the odd times when I really can’t be bothered BUT I always feel better once I have done it.
