Nobody is going to tell you that being a working mom is easy, because it certainly isn’t. You need to get help and support from the people around you. These can be your family and friends.
You could even decide to start a hobby which can include the kids. This could be something like joining a swimming club, or just going for a walk in the park. Something that you and the children can enjoy doing together can make looking after them less stressful.

Your life can seem extremely busy and it can be although you don’t have enough time to do anything else. However you need to free up some of your spare time and spend it on things that you enjoy doing.
This will help to make you happy, and in turn this should make your family life much healthier too. When you are happy, your kids should be much happier too.
Finding some you time is actually much easier than you might imagine. You could get up a little easier or stay up a little later at night. Simply spending some time by yourself can make you feel much happier about yourself.
